Why did my support request receive a reply from another player?
We've enlisted the help of Experts from the community to provide better and faster support for certain games. While Expert support has ended for Cascade, you might still see them assisting with some of our other titles.
Who are Experts?
Experts are players just like you!
They've been selected from the community to help the Big Fish Support Team answer incoming questions.
Because Experts are fellow players, they're a fantastic resource for all kinds of tips and tricks!
With the help of Experts, we're able to offer better, faster support to our growing number of players.
When will I get a reply from an Expert?
Experts respond as quickly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours.
Experts primarily answer "How to" questions, such as:
- How do I get past this level?
- How do I use in-game items/currency?
Billing and technical questions are answered by the Big Fish Support Team.
What if the Expert is unable to answer my question?
If the Expert feels they are unable to answer your question, they'll route it directly to the Big Fish Support Team.
Similarly, if you've been corresponding with an Expert but they are unable to answer your question, just let them know. They'll be happy to put you in touch with the Big Fish Support Team.
