How do I send diagnostics to Customer Support?
When technical issues appear, it's helpful to share diagnostic information about the state of your game with Customer Support.
Here's how:
- Open Cascade.
- Tap the Options (the gear icon) in the lower-right corner.
- Tap Support.
- Below your Cascade User ID tap Send Diagnostics.
- In the new window, tap on Send Diagnostics to confirm.
If you're replying from your mobile device, you can tap the Copy button to copy the ID to your device’s clipboard. Next, open our email correspondence and create a reply. Tap in the blank space of your reply, and then select Paste to paste the ID into the body of the email.
