Your Cascade User ID is a unique number used to identify your account.
It helps Customer Support locate your account more quickly when you need help.
Please include your Cascade User ID when contacting Customer Support with a problem or question.
Please note: Your User ID will only appear if you've linked the game to your Facebook profile or Big Fish account.
How do I find my Cascade User ID?
It's easy! Just follow these steps:
- Open Cascade.
- Tap the gear icon in the lower-left corner.
- Tap Support.
- Your Cascade User ID will appear below a picture of Jasper. The ID will look something like this:
